  November General Assembly

The Land Asia Realty and Development Corporation conducted their Monthly General Assembly for its Agents and Consultants at Sacred Heart Parish in Cebu. During the General Assembly, awards were given out to the top sellers of the month of October 2014 and September 2014.

The First Guest Speaker of the General Assembly was Mr. Joseph Raganas, who is the Marketing Communication Director of Avenir which is the First Home-Office Condominium Building. During his lecture regarding the company’s portfolio he inspired the agents to sell condo units within the project development. During his presentation he explained the importance of being “At the Right Place, At the Right Time” and being able to “Do something about it”.

After the Avenir’s presentation, the Chairman of Land Asia Realty queries question regarding the previous discussion and end up encouraging its own agents. Awards are given to deserving individuals who sold during the said month.
Second and Last Guest Speakers are the Creators Nook who is the Technology Partner of Land Asia Company who is developing the technology that will help Land Asia soar to top and dominate the real estate marketing. Beginning first with Cebu, Creators Nook is creating the technology that will shape and form the real estate industry for decades to come.
